Stress Fractures More Condition_symptoms Is It Good To Alternate Ice N Heat For Stress Fractures?

Is it good to alternate ice n heat for stress fractures? - stress fractures more condition_symptoms

I have extreme cramps in my legs, I think, to limit the stress fracture. I must make an assessment of the performance in 2 days if you are only heal on the weekend. What is the best way to use my time to heal? Okay Deputy ice baths with hot showers back to back? Thanks

I ran track and cross country skiing. What should I do after a hard practice or meet, even though I is not a cramp in my legs today in the shower, put my legs under the flow of water and then slowly the cold water, then back to heat. But when I'm hot and cold when I go. Finally, I'm in hot water and never have problems. Also, if you cramps in his legs and found a little, and her feet, then lift your body. Believe me, I work. (You can also suspend a weight gain after a certain time)
