I do not think should be frozen chow mein and curry sauce.
(if the chow mein, but not very well cooked with other ingredients, so, imagine but not sure about the curry sauce. by the curry sauce in the freezer does not taste the same again when you heat it in the microwave or another.)
For me, I would put in a bowl of food (chow mein and curry sauce on the side) and in the refrigerator for several days.
